Enquiry data: the name, work email, company, optional phone number, selected service and message you submit through our contact form.
Technical data: standard server and browser information such as IP address, device type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and functioning.
Client operational data: where we act as a service provider, we process end-customer data strictly on the documented instructions of our clients.
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a commercial proposal (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).
To perform contracted services and meet accounting and legal obligations under Italian and EU law.

When AMBROSINI delivers contact center services, our client is the data controller and AMBROSINI acts as data processor. Processing takes place under a written data processing agreement that defines purposes, security measures, sub-processing and retention.
Agents access client systems under role-based permissions granted and revoked by the client.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case contractual retention periods apply.
Call recordings and transcripts processed on behalf of clients are retained only for the period defined in the relevant data processing agreement.
We share personal data only with service providers necessary to run our business — hosting, email, telephony and CRM platforms — under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms.
We do not sell personal data. A current list of sub-processors used for a specific engagement is available to clients on request.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
